- Hill broom binding - 160 women made 69,874 brooms and generated income of Rs. 9.60 Lakhs.

- Siali leaf - 627 women generated an income of Rs. 5.79 Lakhs
- Agarbatti - 10 women involved in the Enterprise have sold 25,440 sticks.
- Skill development training - 31 women trained in block printing at the artisan resource centre

- Solar and drip irrigation - 301 farmers doubled their income with help of Solar and drip Irrigation.
- Tomato cultivation - 94 farmers have harvested 19 quintals of grafted tomatoes.
- Creeper vegetable farming - 130 farmers have harvested 22186 Kg from 16.26 acres of land of creeper vegetable farming through trellis cultivation.
- Okra farming - 78 farmers have harvested 58,850 Kg okra in 35 acres of land.
- Poultry farming - 40 farmers have become entrepreneurs through the poultry business.

- Project Suposhan - Nutritious kits were provided to malnourished children in Anganwadis, transitioning children from red to green and yellow categories.
- Sickle Cell Anaemia - Transformed lives of people after battling with sickle cell anaemia disease for several years by providing quality and regular treatment, enabling them to regain strength.

- Check dams - Renovated check dams aiding water storage of 1.64 crore Litres, providing irrigation support to acres of land and therefore benefiting farmers.

- Boribandhs - Construction of bori-bandhs is helping farmers to irrigate.
- Solar irrigation - Solar based irrigation schemes are helping several farmers in Tapi.

Single Use Plastic and Waste Management
- Cloth bag vending machine - Installed in Kagaznagar this machine dispenses cloth bags reducing the number of plastic carry bags being used.
- Bartan bank - Eco friendly initiative to promote borrowing of durable kitchen items for village events and create awareness for using reusable containers & utensils.
- Community engagement & awareness campaign - Individuals have been sensitised directly about waste segregation & effective disposal of dry & plastic waste.
- Awareness rally - Rally conducted by school students to raise awareness about the harmful effects of single use plastic in Kagaznagar.
- Advocacy event - Advocacy event on sustainable waste management conducted in Kagaznagar.
- Clean up drives - Dry waste is collected from community members through clean up drives.

Infrastructure Initiatives
- Water tank at rayagada - To provide access to quality drinking water a water tank has been installed in Rayagada.
- Solar street lights at rayagada - To provide access to renewable electricity, solar street lights have been installed in Rayagada.
- Community hall at rayagada - To organise public meetings, training programs etc. a community hall has been set up in Rayagada.
- Common facility centre at CPM - To organise public meetings a common facility centre is constructed in Tapi.
- Bus stop at CPM - To improve the quality of basic infrastructure, bus stops are constructed in Tapi.

Other initiatives
- Quest for olympic medals - Comprehensive support was provided to 89 Athletes and Para Athletes.
- Social security scheme - 1030 citizens are linked to social security and subsidy schemes.
