At JK Paper, we are committed to pioneering sustainable practices in the pulp and paper industry. Through rigorous process optimization and the adoption of cutting-edge, environmentally friendly technologies, we strive to minimise our ecological footprint while maximising operational efficiency. Our steadfast adherence to the waste-to-wealth concept underscores our dedication to sustainability, ensuring that every resource is utilised responsibly.

Central to our operations are well-defined environmental policies that guide our decision-making and underscore our commitment to environmental stewardship. These policies not only mitigate environmental risks but also enhance operational resilience and efficiency.

We take pride in achieving some of the lowest per-unit consumption rates of water, coal, steam, and energy in India’s integrated pulp and paper sector. This achievement reflects our ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact and operational costs, setting benchmarks for sustainability within our industry.

Beyond environmental conservation, JK Paper is deeply invested in social responsibility. Our initiatives in social and farm forestry aim not only to increase paper production sustainably but also to uplift farmer livelihoods. Through these initiatives, we have positively impacted marginalised communities, planting over 123 crore saplings across 9.50 lakh acres of land and benefiting 1.28 lakh farmer families.

Moreover, our commitment to innovation is evident in our development of high-yield clones of Subabul and Eucalyptus, which empower farmers to achieve higher revenues and contribute to sustainable forestry practices.

Our investments in state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment have further bolstered our sustainability efforts, reducing waste and emissions while ensuring the safety of our workforce and neighbouring communities.
